I bought this Used-Very Good book from "V R BooKs". It arrived to Nova Scotia, Canada within 1 week.I'm so pleased. This book came in great condition (I've attached photos). I was worried that the "South Asian edition" wouldn't be the same at the American version that I had originally flipped through... but it is!! Exactly the same and better priced. This book is an excellent book for clinicians. HIGHLY recommend for assistance with developing a diagnosis. I hope my review and pictures are helpful to you in making your decision 😅✌🏼

I have used and loved this book for a long time; it's well written, very reader-friendly, and thorough. As I was reading it today, I noticed something truly impressive about the descriptions of clinical findings that follow each list--they are written individually. For example, amaurosis fugax, glaucoma, cataract, and optic neuritis (among other conditions--I just won't add them here) are all in the differentials of both "Flashing Lights/Scotoma" and "Loss of Vision," with a description of the clinical findings--but, amazingly, the description of each one is unique, not just cut and pasted from one list to the other, to help you distinguish between all the other conditions in the DDx. This is a great way of providing more than just a long list of differential diagnoses with no information about how to distinguish between them (as some DDx books do), and of including a lot of information about each condition throughout the book while ensuring that the individual lists aren't unwieldy. I can't even begin to imagine how much additional work this created for the author, and the fact that he took it on is a reflection of the overall excellence of this book.

This book is the best. If you're in medical school, or a doctor, you need this book.

This was my most used reference book in my ACNP clinicals! I love how it is organized. By complaint, then gives you a differential DX list...It is a great place to start, then I use "Up to date" for to develop game plan. Love this book!

This book was a great addition to my library for both work and CE. Would recommend if interested in figuring out what is going on with patients and for general knowledge.
