Ever since watching the Gameplay and cutscenes online, and playing the 2nd game, I have wanted a book of the artwork for Castlevania Lords of Shadow 1 and 2. I was so excited when I learned of this book! The book arrived in absolutely perfect condition. It is exactly what I expected, and I am eager to study the artwork and descriptions. Overall, I am very enthusiastic about this purchase!
I purchased this for a friend but had to page through it first to verify it's quality.The content covers the first Lord of Shadow game very extensively. The backstory summations of important characters alongside many illustrations give the book a very cohesive and useful tone for fans. It also covers the new sequel to Lords of Shadow but its more of a late addition compared to the breadth of content about the first game.If you're a fan that enjoyed the art of the series it is easy to recommend purchasing it.
My first art book to own and I'm happy with my purchase. I have already read through it and pages were crisp and clean. I couldn't figure out how to take another picture but the shell of the book can be taken off, the book itself is black with Gabriel's insignia or crest which is a nice touch.
