Mr Hall does an excellent job of demonstrating the correct interpretation of the Bible, and how it was very likely to have been intended to be read and understood in its day as well as in the present. Today's understanding of the Bible tend to make it irrelevant to modern life, but Hall reminds the reader how it was meant to be understood, preserving its relevance through modern times. Whether you're a believer or not, if you desire to understand the Bible in a more meaningful way, I highly recommend this book.

Considering that the author and title of this book are both respectable, I knew I had to check this work out.About 1/3 of the way through, the book became so philosophical and metaphorical that I had to actually take a break from the book and cool it for a few days. The book actually had me somewhat frustrated with my current beliefs and the perspective Manly P Hall was bringing in.However, with time and lots of thought I have come to completely appreciate and admire his perspective and this book. I really think Manly P Hall brings forth and excellent way to understand our Bible.I would recommend this book to anybody looking to broaden and enhance their understanding of the world's most popular book.

I'm a big fan of Manly P. Halls books, I've got quite a few and would have everyone if I could - a very may well have if I live long enough... the man is obviously a genius and should be read by anyone in search of the truth... I recommend it, of course!

An approach without the rules & laws as the dominating importance, without the parochial domination by organized religion. I have learned biblical Hebrew and dealt with inconsistent translations. Used cabalitic rules to explain texts and recognized the dominating forces that do not seem willing to let the light in. Will be using this book to guide bible classes in the future. Thanks..

Keep in mind these are copied from older books. Love MPH works, this particular one is a must read.

Excellent information; clearly presented. This is definitely in the top 3 when it comes to the amount of highlighting in my Hall books; packed full of interesting information.
